In an effort to keep the cost of dental care down, we do NOT arrange monthy payment plans through our office. We offer the following forms of payment>

1. Payment at the time of service is rendered by CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
2. Payment plans administered through Care-Credit or HealthCare credit lines enables you to make small monthly payments. Applications are available from our office. Arrangements to use this form of payment should be made in advance of your appointment.
